Genevieve Anderson (Writer/DirectoR)

Genevieve is a filmmaker, producer, artist, and academic. Her short films have played at over 100 festivals worldwide, winning awards in Berlin, Seattle, Chicago, Rhode Island, Palm Springs, among many others, and have been broadcast on ARTE and IFC. Her most recent short, Too Loud A Solitude,is being developed as a feature with actor Paul Giamatti. She is a Rockefeller Media Artist Grant recipient and an Annenberg Fellow, and earned her MA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. She was PM and Producer for world-renowned video artist Bill Viola for 15 years, producing work for the Biennale Venice, St. Paul Cathedral, London, The Deutsche Guggenheim, The Hamad International Airport, Qatar, among many others. In 2015 she left LA to raise her son on an 8-acre farm in Tubac, Arizona where she made art and film, raised chickens and ducks, and taught in the School of Film & TV at the University of Arizona. Arizona Public Media’s spotlight on Genevieve’s work, Forming the Formless,was nominated for an Emmy in 2017. She received a New Works Grant from the Tucson Arts Council in 2018 to develop Isolating Anima - a project on artificial intelligence and the creative impulse. DUSTWUN, her first feature, came from her stint in Southern Arizona living 30 miles from the Mexican border.

Tomas Arceo (Cinematographer)

Tomas is a professional photographer with 30 years of experience in portrait, fine art landscape, and commercial photography. Clients include Acura, BMW, Carhartt, Chrysler, Coke, GM, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mercedes, Nissan, the Oscars, among others. He has photographed and filmed in 18 different countries on 5 continents from the Arctic Circle to South Africa. He received his credentials from the University of Michigan. DUSTWUN is his first feature film.

He resides in Los Angeles and Barstow, California, with his rescue mutt, Chuy.

Karen Marie (Producer)

Karen is an independent producer of film, video, multi- media installations and exhibition for the fine art and entertainment industries, working with emerging, mid-career, and established artists. Projects include artist Andy Hope’s Vertical Horizonfor Hauser Worth Gallery Venice Biennale 2017; Neha Choksi’s Stone Breath – Mountain Dust, Frieze London, 2017, and Bill Viola projects for Saint Paul’s Cathedral, London, New Doha Airport, and the Tate Museum. She was a researcher for over 35 historical and biographic documentaries  airing on A& E and the History Channel.  Karen has also developed, curated and produced pop culture exhibitions for Barbra Streisand, Playboy, and Edith Head. As the head of the 20th Century Fox Archives, she developed over 50 worldwide traveling exhibitions including Moulin Rouge, Planet of the Apes, Aliens, and X-Men,and curated the archival collection for the Fox Museum in Sydney, Australia.  

A graduate of the UCLA School of the Arts, Karen has a keen sense of awareness working in the creative realm collaborating with artists and visionaries to push boundaries; bringing ground-breaking projects to life.

Bella Erikson (Editor)

Bella is a film and television editor based in Los Angeles. Her career in editing started in the New Zealand film and television industry where she assisted on scripted drama and feature films before being promoted to editor . Career highlights include the award-winning environmental feature-length film “The Nuclear Comeback” and the Short Film “Boy” for which she won an award for “Best Editing”. The film also won numerous awards including, Best International Short Film at the Berlin Film Festival, Best Short Narrative Film at the Cinequest Film Festival in the USA, and was selected for the American Short Film Archive 100, which contains what are considered to be the world’s 100 most significant short films. Having worked with many top production companies and directors, other highlights include feature films “The Feathers of Peace”, “The Maori Merchant of Venice” and “The Aroha Drama Series” as well as on projects with Vanessa Beecroft, Kanye West, Ben Harper and Neil Finn, and Nicki Minaj.

Tim Ottman (Production Designer)

Tim is an artist, actor, director of theater, handyman to the stars, and the last person you’d ever want to play in chess. 

A self-proclaimed ascetic, Tim, like Kenny, lives on the fringes and refuses to write his own bio. Genevieve wrote his bio, the same way she convinced him to come to Arizona in the summer to build Kenny’s wall and world. Also a veteran and hoarder of interesting stuff, Tim was Genevieve’s only choice for the job of Production Designer. 

He is often seen skulking around his spacious neon-art studio in Hollywood.

Hayley Moss (COMPOSER)

Hayley is an American composer living and working in Los Angeles. She has composed and produced lush and powerful scores for film, television and theater. Hayley's musical scores have received numerous international accolades, including award-winning projects, and pairings with cutting-edge creative artists. Born and raised In New York City. She studied video and performance art at the San Francisco art institute, yet, she is a self-taught composer. Filmmakers, Directors and Choreographers have called upon her to compose sensual and lush, scores, which have become her trademark. Moving naturally into other expressive areas of composition, Moss has written pieces for several dance companies including “Temptation” (Lisa Giobbi, choreographer), which was performed at the Berlin Winter Garden Theater. “Fear of Flying”featuring Prima Ballerina Oriella Dorella, performed at the Teatro Alla Scalia,Milan, and “Whore of Babylon,” Joyce Theater, NYC. Her scores elevate and enhance,while bringing the emotional content to life. She is one of the few women composers in the industry, bringing a modern sound to Film and Tv scores.

Kevin Dippold (Mixer and Sound Designer)

Kevin is a Los Angeles based re-recording mixer and sound designer with over 10 years of experience mixing film. He has mixed more than 50 feature films, documentaries, shorts, and web series. Kevin is a Cinema Audio Society award winner. In 2019, he mixed "Period. End of Sentence, " which won the Academy Award for Best Short Documentary. He has won several sound design awards for his work on short films. He also writes and composes music.

Brian has over 35 years of experience as an editor and compositor for film and television. He has also worked with renowned video artists Matthew Barney and Sharon Lockhart, and most notably as editor and VFX artist for Bill Viola since 2000.

Alan Williams (Associate Producer)

Alan has been actively involved in the Arizona, independent filmmaking scene since 1993 and is known as a staunch crusader for reviving and developing a thriving filmmaking community in Southern Arizona. He has written, directed, and produced numerous projects including short films, music videos and the award winning , 2011 documentary, “The Avenue”. In 2016, he was a Producer on the feature film “The Drama Club” and currently has several other projects in development including “Zero Saved”, a melodrama based on his work as a paramedic in a busy EMS system for more than two decades. Most recently, he directed the award winning short film, “El Patron” and is currently directing the pilot project “You Only Live Twice” slated to be pitched to Netflix as a series.

Kelly Miller (Associate Producer)

Kelly joined the New York production company Good Machine in 1993, and as the Director of Production and Post Production Supervisor, she cut her teeth working on feature productions with Jill Godmilow (“Roy Cohn, Jack Smith”), Nicole Holofcener (“Walking & Talking”), Edward Burns (“The Brothers McMullen”, “She’s the One”, “No Looking Back”), and Ang Lee (“Eat Drink Man Woman”, “The Ice Storm” “Ride With The Devil”, “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”). After a brief transition to Good Machine International in 1999 where she was Production Executive on Kristian Levring’s “The King is Alive” and Alfonso Cuaron’s “Y Tu Mama Tambien”, she turned her attention to freelance producing and post production. Recent projects include Alan Rudolph’s “The Secret Lives of Dentists”, Campbell Scott’s “Off the Map”, and Tom Cairn’s screen adaptation of Wallace Shawn’s “Marie and Bruce”. As producer, she is currently in production on Paul Fitzgerald’s “Forgiven” a feature film shooting in Wilmington, NC later this month. When not on location, she lives in Brooklyn NY.
